Tesamorelin (TH9507) is a stabilised analog of human Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH(1-44)). A hexenoyl modification on Tyr-1 confers resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) degradation, extending its in-vivo half-life relative to native GHRH.
