You further represent that you are accessing our products in a professional or academic capacity as a qualified researcher, and that you understand the nature of the materials offered. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to use the Site or purchase any products.

All products sold by RAC Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro testing purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic use, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, a therapeutic claim, or a recommendation for human or animal consumption. Peptides and compounds offered have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the indications described unless explicitly noted as approved.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, and with all institutional guidelines, governing the acquisition, handling, storage, use, and disposal of these materials.

By placing an order, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher or professional purchasing these materials for legitimate research purposes only.

You accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling of all products purchased, including appropriate laboratory practices, safety precautions, and record-keeping. You agree not to resell, relabel, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption.

Every batch of our research peptides undergoes High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry testing for a purity of 99% or greater, and the corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA) is posted publicly.

We stand behind this standard: if a batch ever fails to meet our stated purity, we will refund you in full. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.

We accept a range of payment methods, including credit/debit card (via Stripe and PayPal), manual transfers (Zelle, ACH bank transfer, Cash App, Venmo), and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). Orders paid by manual methods are processed once payment is confirmed, typically within a few hours during business hours.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day are shipped the same day; orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Domestic delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after shipment via USPS or FedEx, using temperature-appropriate packaging. Tracking information is emailed as soon as a shipping label is generated. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Our purity guarantee is central to our returns policy: if a product does not meet the 99%+ purity standard reflected in its Certificate of Analysis, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund or discuss an order, contact us at support@racpeptides.com. Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or used products may not be eligible for return except under the purity guarantee. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.

You may not use the Site or any product in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose. In particular, you may not purchase, use, resell, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

You agree not to misrepresent your identity or purpose, interfere with the operation of the Site, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Except for the express purity guarantee stated above, all products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any results obtained from our products will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAC Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAC Peptides and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product data, and the RAC Peptides name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any such content without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your information. By using the Site, you consent to that handling.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
